Also known as “Jungle Curry” this is a very spicy and aromatic dish with either fish or beef (please specify) using a variety of Thai peppers, ginger, lemongrass, egg-plant and mint. As the name implies this was a traditional dish that in days past could have included wild pig or snake (but not here!)
