Welcome to the site of the Ace Café Thailand, opened in February 2005 in Jomtien Beach by Martin Smith, formerly of the Old Speckled Hen pub and guesthouse in Jomtien and Spicy Girls in Pattaya.
The Ace Café is the place to go in Jomtien Beach for some of the tastiest home cooking in town, with not a single arty farty nuveau cuisine portion in sight! Our boast of having "the best cook in Jomtien" is backed up time and again by our super loyal customers, ex-pats and tourists alike, who continually return with comments which make the whole business worthwhile. We pride ourselves on having a Western menu which emphasizes meals "like Mum used to make" …. monster "two hands never mind the mess" burgers; terrific meat pies with the creamiest mashed potato and real Bisto gravy; T-bone, tenderloin and rib eye steaks with home made black pepper or mushroom sauce; fish ‘n’ chips (locally caught flat fish fried in our own breadcrumbs); superb pork chops or gammon steaks with "it tastes just like home" apple sauce; baked potatoes with a very spicy Mexican chilli ( well, some Mums are Mexican, aren’t they!); imported lamb chops with mint sauce; our exclusive BLT and HCLT double deck sandwiches; home made apple crumble with ice cream that will absolutely destroy your diet and a whole range of all day breakfasts from croissants and fresh coffee to our gargantuan hangover special!
We also have a full and very diverse Thai menu, all choices served in Western sized portions!

The Ace Café is named after the famous Ace Café in London and dozens of similarly named café’s throughout the USA as a tribute to the owner's (see "Meet the Boss") lifelong passion for motorcycles. Although Thailand’s particular Ace Café is very much a traditional café (sausage, egg and chips, Sir? Cuppa tea, Madam?) and not a biker bar it is decorated with numerous framed Harley-Davidson T-shirts donated by returning friends and customers of the Ace Cafe from around the world!
The Ace Café… Café, Bar, Coffee Shop, Meeting Place, Ace Place!
